About the Event

The first concert of the PROTESTRA 2020-2021 season! 

A Virtual Classical Concert consisting of solo, orchestral, and chamber performances, as well as a panel discussion about the diversification of classical music, with all proceeds and ticket sales going to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Black Classical Music Educators.

The concert will feature the performers Clerida Eltimé, Michelle Rofrano, Natasha Loomis, Priscilla Rinehart, Cristina Morris, Mitzy Nonaka, Clifton Joey Guidry III, Pierce Yamaoka, and the PROTESTRA Orchestra.

Performances will include works by diverse artists such as Florence Price, WIlliam Grant Still, Tyson Davis, George Walker, Alice Jones and more!

Performance will be followed by a post-concert reception and discussion for ticket-holders.
